- A sound understanding of the tourism industry in Tasmania
- The confidence and knowledge to provide sound business mentorship
- The ability to work autonomously whilst remaining a team player
- A strong work ethic
- A sense of humour, and
- Capacity for strategic and critical thinking
- Must also love dogs.
