For those seeking an invigorating experience, Flame Space introduces Hot-Cold Therapy Sessions. This form of physical therapy harnesses the contrast of hot and cold, offering both physical and mental health benefits. Guests can indulge in a one-hour session for $50, alternating between the sauna and a refreshing cold bucket shower.
Aquila Eco Retreat extends a warm invitation to Destination Southern Tasmania members to join a Tips and Tipples event at Flame Space, coinciding with the upcoming CRAVE festival in Autumn, held at “Richmond Park” within view of Aquila.
