Northern Midlands Council is set to position itself as the premier destination in Tasmania’s historic heartland, launching the “Choose the Scenic Route” marketing campaign today.

Mayor Knowles said, “Choosing the right region or neighbourhood for your lifestyle is one of the most important decisions anyone can make, and the Northern Midlands offers the perfect blend of work and leisure with close-knit communities that value work-life balance and well-being along with a diverse range of activities for every traveller.”
The campaign depicts Molly and Harry, who ride their bikes to the shops to get milk for their Mum, choosing the “scenic route”, where they experience the uniqueness of the Northern Midlands.
“Appealing to both families and visitors, the content has been designed to attract people to the region, converting visitors to residents and highlighting the lifestyle benefits of choosing the Scenic Route,” said Mayor Knowles.
The campaign will reach audiences via digital media, enticing people to “Choose the Scenic Route”.
