The annual membership subscription renewal occurs automatically every 12 months from your join date. Destination Southern Tasmania utilises the secure Stripe payment gateway for payment processing. Please ensure your credit card details are up-to-date when you receive your payment reminder email 7 days before the auto-renewal date.
Members who selected and prefer manual invoicing will receive their invoice via email 30 days before their membership expiry.
